SolidWorks Mechanical Parts Modeling
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I have a set of industrial-grade mechanical components that still exist only as hand sketches and rough dimensions. I now need accurate 3D models built in SolidWorks so I can move ahead with tolerance checks, BOM generation, and eventual fabrication.
Here is what I need from you:
• Parametric SolidWorks part files (*.sldprt) for each component, fully constrained and named logically.
• An assembly file (*.sldasm) that confirms fit and basic motion where relevant.
• Exported STEP files to share with suppliers.
I will provide all available drawings, photos, and key measurements at the outset. If any critical dimensions are missing, flag them and we will confirm together before you proceed. Features must follow standard machining practices—no impossible undercuts or zero-radius internal corners.
Acceptance will be based on:
1. Models opening cleanly in SolidWorks 2022 without errors.
2. Major faces and hole patterns matching the supplied dimensions within ±0.05 mm.
3. Assembly mates solving with no interferences.
If you’ve tackled similar industrial equipment parts before and are comfortable with configurations, interference checking, and proper feature-tree organization, I’d like to work with you. Let me know your estimated turnaround for the first batch of components and any clarifying questions you have.
