SolidWorks 2021 Assembly Drawings Creation

I am seeking a 3D engineer.
The aim of the task is to design a "trolley" based on existing one, with high aesthetics, we provide 3d general (assembly), the task is to divide it into parts which is possible to produce.
For produce we will use technologies as below.

1. bearings - turning.
2. body - cast injection.
3. body and bearings - welding and stamping.
We provide movie, which shows different trolley, of different size, and 3d assembly, of the size we want to manufacture, the main job is to divide it into parts and prepare 2d/3d assemblies and drawings with proper tolerations.
The complete project consists of assemblies and documentation for individual mechanical elements of the assembly in accordance with the art of construction, made in SolidWorks 2021 or older, compatible with SolidWorks 2021.
