Solar Panel Mockup in SolidWorks Designed for CNC Fabrication

Greetings! I'm looking to have a basic SolidWorks model developed for a mockup of a solar-panel powered device. I've provided an image of the overall look of the project, however, I would need to initially work with pen/paper and provide dimensions, etc. The mockup would need to be stabilized on some industrial design-looking footing, the solar panels would have some kind of articulation, though more for stowing/storage when not on display and not motorized. Components/parts will most likely be "black boxes" with shapes. Ultimately, goal is to use known scheduled materials (e.g., PVC piping) with CNC materials. Fastening interfaces will been to be thought out. Delivery of parts drawings and some photorealistic images with called out materials is required. All questions welcome. NDA required. Thanks, Eric
