Simple In-Static Flow Mixer Design
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
We are looking to have some shop drawings put together of an inline static mixer that we want to make out of 1/8" stainless steel. This will need to be 10' long and able to insert snuggly into a 2' -schedule 40 stainless steel pipe. We have made a similar one out of plastic for a 3" hose that worked well (See image attached)
We need a shop drawing of the main element so it can be cut out. (Water jet/plasma/or laser cut etc.) Then each section will be bent at 90 degrees. The total length of the full assembly needs to be 10'. Two offset elements make up the full assembly that will be inserted into the 2" pipe.
