Simple Mechanical parts deaign

I'm looking of Mechanical designer to make a design using SOLIDWORKS.
Using gear wheels and a small motor.
And also inside one of the gears a paper will be inserted.
(The small wheel will rotate the big one where the paper is at).
Part of the paper circle will be in the middle of a frame and this part should be about 15 cm (15cm x 15 cm of open space). (The center of the circle should be on the side).
It needs to be rotated above 10hz (the small gear).
The big gear should be easily replaced if needed and option to change paper inside.
The whole device shall be easily connected to 25mm optical table (m6 holes). Also choose the motor.
The idea: a beam of light will be hitting the side of the big circle and many image captures will be done. Should not be hit in the center of rotation since in that case not many different places on the paper will be cought. I need many speckle patterns if you know what it is.
Make the design so it cal both be printed and manufactured with aluminum. (Fit both)
