Shutter Assembly

I have designed several camera bodies and to complete them I need a shutter assembly the parts of which are to be made by 3D printing. This assembly needs to rotate 180 degrees by use of a button or lever so that light will pass through the hole into the camera. After that it must rotate back to position to block the light. It must rotate smoothly in both directions and the whole assembly must be light-proof when in the closed position. It must be 2” or 51 mm in diameter. If you can make this concept into a reality please place a reasonable bid.

After this project is properly completed I will also need someone who can take my camera designs and deliver files for CNC 3D routing.
