STL to Fully Parametric Solidworks 2022 Model

I have a STL model of a part. Looking to get a fully parametric Solidworks 2022 Model, with full history tree.
I have more projects in the future for the right person.

I will need this done in a fully licensed Version of Solidworks, not EDU or Maker license.
