SOLIDWORKS FEA, ANIMATION, RENDERING, DRAWING PRODUCTION
Budget: £10 – £15 GBP
Render assembly as Anodized black aluminium.
Check tolerances between shells to ensure they will slip in and out when pressure is applied or released. Seal tolerances are all in the SKF data sheets for the PTFE seals.
Perform FEA on the component using Aluminium 6061, 303 Stainless steel. 250bar working pressure. Maximum pressure 400 bar
Insert hardware into the assembly (internal spring clips and seals)(Can be found on McMatser-Carr. Dimension any part correctly that will be threaded.
Produce engineering drawings for each component (excluding clips and seals) suitable for handover to machinist.
Produce animation of the design moving up and down with fluid entering the device and coming out of the 'spike' as a complete unit and a cut away.
