Rhino to SolidWorks Conversion

I need two Rhino .3DM files converted to .STEP or .STL formats for SolidWorks, with exact geometrical features preserved.

Requirements:
- Maintain exact geometrical features
- Convert to either .STEP or .STL
- Compatible with SolidWorks for engineering analysis
