Redsignes a bottom Bracket for X-90 Female to male Base

I'm looking to redesign a bottom bracket for an X-90 Female to male Base, using plastic as the material of choice. The goal of the redesign is to increase strength and make it more durable, with a lifespan of more than one year. Additionally, I'm looking for someone with a background in mechanical engineering who is familiar with working with plastic. If you think you have the expertise to assist me with this redesign, I'd love to hear from you!

We would like to replace the bottom bracket for our ebike holders and have it 3d printed. We just need someone to create the drawing file for this so we can have a sample printed in the US so we can try.
