RCC beam design Ansys

I am looking for an experienced specialist who is able to design an RCC beam using Ansys. I require a 2D and 3D modelling of the RCC beam, a static analysis to be conducted, and optimizing parameters such as deflection and crack. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in Ansys modelling, comfortable with both 2D and 3D modelling, and capable of performing static analysis and optimizing parameters.
