Product Design - Mechanical Engineer

Looking for a mechanical engineer for designing an esthetic product with three variants based on given technical and non technical data. You will also be provided with concept design on solidworks to work upon.

Required Skills -

1. Profound understanding of mechanical engineering and expertise in solidworks is must.
2. Engineer should have the capability to design the model according to technical data like structural calculations, IP rating etc.
3. Experience in working with various materials like aluminum, CFC and ABS, Nylon for 3D printing is required.
4. Knowledge on electronic products and their functioning is a plus.


Project Deliverables -

1. The final design 3D CAD model files including assembly as well as part files, with original solidworks source codes (including editable sketches), ready to manufacture form and in other required formats (STEP, IGES, STL).
2. The technical documentation - 2D CAD data, Instruction & product manuals, marketing & maintenance guide, high resolution images, product illustration and procedural guide vector graphics & animations etc. - should be in solidworks composer.
3. A detailed explanation of the final design via online video call will be provided.
4. To recommend suitable 3D printer model and its material to prepare product’s functional prototype for test flights.
5. To recommend CFC material texture for the final model as per required structural strength.
6. To provide all the design related information (Related to CAD only, no documentation) for patent application which we will apply after some time in the future.
