Ensure all dimensions and components are accurate and precise, so that the Stator, Rotor, and 2 Locks work together to allow smooth rotation of the Rotor when implemented in the real world.

1. Dimensions:

Stator:

Inner Diameter: 80 cm

Thickness: 2 cm (Total dimension: 84 cm)

Width: 41 cm

The stator will also function as the base.


Rotor:

Diameter: 60 cm (with 10 cm of free space around the rotor)

Thickness: 2 cm

Width: 40 cm

The rotor will have double shafts, each with a 5 cm thickness.

Shaft length: 30 cm on both sides of the rotor.


Locks:

Diameter: 84 cm

Thickness: 2 cm

Each lock must have a hole to integrate wheel bearings, with the hole diameter being 5 cm, considering the hole size of the wheel bearings. (We need to select the total size/dimensions of the wheel bearings accordingly)


Brackets:

The bracket must be designed to hold the entire base, along with an additional design to hold 2 other parts separately: one part on the right side and one on the left side.

The design should include adjustments to allow the parts to move up and down.

A 10 cm gap is required for the installation of components with screws.

Precise holes must be made on both the stator and rotor to accommodate these components.
