The stator will also function as the base.
Rotor:
Diameter: 60 cm (with 10 cm of free space around the rotor)

Width: 40 cm
The rotor will have double shafts, each with a 5 cm thickness.
Shaft length: 30 cm on both sides of the rotor.
Locks:
Diameter: 84 cm
Thickness: 2 cm
