Precision CAD Design for Exercise Device

I need a CAD design for an exercise device that will be cut from a 4' x 8' plywood board with a melamine surface. This project requires precise planning and experience with CNC machining.
Key Requirements:
- Design needs to include approximately 40 drill holes, 20 on each side of the board, with each hole being roughly 4.5 mm in diameter.
- The CAD design must be suitable for a CNC machine, which will also be responsible for cutting the board into three segments.
- There will be some minor engraving on the board, specifically text that needs to be placed in the center of the board.
- Specify the thickness of the plywood board to ensure the design fits the material perfectly.
3/4 inch board thickness.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in CAD design, particularly with creating files in DXF format.
- Prior experience with CNC machining and understanding of its requirements.
