Polyethylene Water Tank Cooler Design

I am in the process of starting a new product. My project revolves around a water tank cooler for which I have a prototype, currently in foam. I need to convert this into a polyethylene-based design. Furthermore, I want this design to be aesthetically impressive and marketable, yet simple enough to allow for easy manufacturing and assembly. Ideally, the final design should include less than five parts, prioritising straightforward functionality.
