I'm in need of a professional who can convert a 2D pdf drawing from a PDF into a 3D part.
Key requirements:
- The primary purpose of this 3D part is for manufacturing, so precision and adherence to the DXF specifications is critical.
- High precision is required as its for cnc milling
- The final output needs to be in the STEP file format and dxfs
