Onshape expert needed

Hello there,
I have a fun one here. I currently do all the modeling for my company in Solidworks (www.roamrig.com). I purchased Onshape last year to move away from Solidworks, and have not transitioned to Onshape for a variety of reasons. Primarily, I do not have time to sift through their documentation, go to their classes, and then make mistakes/trials to figure it out. I am posting this opportunity for two reasons:
1) I need someone who can take my current active Solidworks models/assemblies and remodel them in Onshape
2) I need someone who can take time with me (via zoom or something similar, or in person) to figuratively hold my hand through modeling my parts/assemblies in Onshape so that I can learn Onshape. The hold up is not CAD knowledge, but mostly that I am aware if I take the wrong approach to modeling in Onshape (or any new CAD package), I will set myself back from if it is done correctly within the workflow of Onshape from day 1. I am fairly efficient in Solidworks with building parametric models/assemblies, and I want to limit the pain of moving to new software by employing an expert to assist with case specific training and support.
If this works out (from a skill point of view and that we work well together), it can turn into a long term contract role where you would handle modeling/detailing/documentation for my company with my oversight.
