Need your help to set a Solidworks model properly for Ansys/Solidworks analyses.
Budget: $50 – $150 USD
Hi,
I have designed a platform, But now i need your help to set it ALL up properly (constrains, bolts, joints, fixtures etc etc so it can be analyzed FULLY in Solidworks AND Ansys.
You must have SW2021 and Ansys and a decent computer. I have access to a very fast computer but i don't know how run Ansys.
See pictures: The gray beams are my multibody parts and the read beams are existing building support i-beams 200x100mm. A picture of the actual building where you can see the beams.
I want to know
Stress concentrations and your design changes how to solve them if too high.
Amount of displacement and your design changes stiffen it all up if it move too much.
Calculated size and strength of bolts.
Weldment suggestion for optimal strength.
I want your best price to complete this task within 1-3 days.
Let me know what computer, SW and Ansys versions you have, and how old you are, and how long FEA and SW experience you have. Falling answering this, will result in an automatic reject ;-)
Best Regards,
Peter
