J999-Mould CAD
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need CAD created for moulds. I have panels modelled in 3D and need someone to use this panel geometry and create a mould for it.
Panels have ID numbers, already noted. The STEP file, when imported, should bring in the panel numbers (J999-1001, J999-1002, etc.).
When created a mould, use the panel ID number and change the 1 to a 4. So the mould for panel J999-1002, becomes J999-4002.
I have modelled J999-4001 as an example to follow. Do the same for the other panels and contact me if you come across any issues or are unsure. Things to note:
- include centrelines on the perimeter flange for the ribs (project a curve onto the surface so the CNC machine can use it to create a scribe on the mould).
- make the perimeter flange 150mm wide (same as the example)
- provide the mould ID number on the perimeter flange of the mould (same as the example). Make it as curves, not text, so the CNC machine can read it and scribe the mould.
