Modifying our Arcade Machine CAD mechanical drawing

I have a CAD drawing of our Arcade Machine, and we're looking for 2 things:
A) Modify the CAD file to create the inside structure of our machine to be used for CNC tooling and protyping.
B) To prepare the files so all parts have the nessary bolts, screws, and can fit together.
