Miniaturized Mining Cable Stand Design

I'm looking for an engineer who can remodel an existing mining electrical cable stand to build one that's half the size. The primary function of this redesigned stand will be to suspend an electrical cable used for moving large shovels, like the 2800 Komatsu.
Key Requirements:
- Engineering and fabrication drawings to be provided in DWG format.
- Design to be made using steel as the primary material.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in CAD software and DWG format.
