Objective:
We are seeking an engineer, specializing in robotics or automation, to design and create a micro assembly line. This line will automate the process of packaging various ingredients into small bags and labeling them.
Assembly Line Requirements:
1. Packaging Process:
- The system must be capable of packaging 4-10 different ingredients into small bags (similar to medium ziplock bags).
- Ingredients include:
- Flour
- Pasta
- Powdered products
- Spices
- Each ingredient must be measured accurately, either by ounce or by cup, depending on the specific recipe.
2. Sealing and Labeling:
- Once the ingredients are in the bag, the system must seal the bag using a hot seal method.
- After sealing, the system should apply two label stickers to the bag.
3. Variations:
- The assembly line should accommodate 10 different variations of bag preparations.
Key Considerations:
- Precision in measuring ingredients is critical.
- The system must handle different types of ingredients without cross-contamination.
- The sealing and labeling process must ensure the bags are securely closed and correctly labeled.
