Metal Block Hinge Design

I'm seeking a skilled engineer to design a metal block hinge that allows for linear extension and contraction - I am not sure if this is the correct expression. See photo's below and design of hinge that is not working as the door only opens to 90 degrees - we need 150 degrees or more. This mechanism should enable a pivot point for movement without sacrificing the stability of the system. I have attached the drawings of the hinge and an example of the door.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with mechanical engineering design
- Proficiency with CAD software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
- Knowledge of metallurgy and material properties
- Understanding of mechanical systems and hinges for solid metal 10mm thick door

Responsibilities:
- Design the hinge to meet the specified requirements.
- Ensure the hinge can withstand the stress of swinging motion to a minimum to 150 degrees .
- Optimise the design for fabrication from metal.
- The door weighs approximately a tonne.
- These hinges are for a door to a 20 ft shipping container that has been converted to a storage box for explosives.


PLease quote to have the hinge modified to allow the door to open to 150 degrees.
