Project Overview:
I am looking for a mechanical engineer or industrial designer with experience in medical device design to help create a functional 3D model of a portable blood smear device. This device automates blood smear preparation using a moving spreader blade, sensors, and an alcohol cleaning system.

Key Requirements:

Experience in medical device design and 3D modeling for manufacturing
Expertise in Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software
Understanding of mechanical motion systems (actuators, motors, and slides)
Ability to design for 3D printing and CNC machining
Familiarity with Raspberry Pi integration for automation is a plus

Deliverables:
A final 3D model (STL, STEP, and CAD files) ready for 3D printing & manufacturing
Exploded view & assembly diagrams for prototyping
Material recommendations for durability and hygiene
