Mechanical engineer for manufacturing design needed.

We are a kiln and furnace manufacturer ( for pottery, glass, heat treating, etc.) looking for a qualified mechanical engineer that specializes in manufacturing design work...... design metal parts to be used on our product. We had a local guy doing the work for years, but he has since retired and we have more projects ahead. The goal is to create parts based on our specifications and provide CAD drawings, that we can then fabricate in house with our own equipment. Happy to send some samples of drawings to someone that thinks they might be a good fit for the job.
