Mechanical design 30 meter tower

Seeking skills mechanical designer good with 3D auto cad or any 3D design software with load forces.
We have existing design of 12 meter towers and want to extend to 30 meter tower.
Task is
1. Use our current 12 meter tower 2D drawings and make 3D
2. Create a 18 meter version with load calculations
3. Create a 24 meter version with load calculations
4. Create a 30 meter versions with load calculations
5. Create 3D and rendering of above all items.
Could lead to other work.
