Making CAD for 3D Printing

Hello, I am looking to find some help to create CAD for 3D printing. I have included a brief sketch of the CAD I have in mind, as well as additional drawings to help give an idea of the dimensions and overall appearance of the design. If possible I would also like the individual component files, as I think 3D printing this design as a whole will not fit the 3D printers I am using, meaning I need to do each seperate component at a time. If any help can be offered on solidworks or NX11 it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
