MECHANICAL STEEL WHEEL DESIGN - 1000KG LOAD

I am looking for a mechanical engineer to design a steel wheel for my construction equipment. The wheel should be able to support a load of 1000kg. Here are the specific requirements for the project:
• The steel wheel should be made of carbon steel.
• The diameter of the wheel should be less than 10 inches.
• The design should be sturdy and able to withstand heavy use in a construction environment.
• Experience in designing heavy-duty steel components for construction equipment is preferred.
• The ability to provide CAD drawings and 3D models of the design is required.
• The project should be completed within a reasonable timeframe and on budget.
