Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
PLEASE DO NOT APPLY BEFORE READING THROUGLY. This is a project with high precision and deadline requirement. Here is the complete requirements and deliverables:
1) design single axis robotic arm with travel left to right and total travel length 300 mm as well have a place for camera to recording all activities. Steppers motors can be used to movement of robotic arm up and down
2) design a probe holder with Pumic stone grinder on left and right side and sensor in the middle
3) design system similar to injection automatic release in hospital for release of single drop lotion from press of button from remote control
The entire system from step 1 to step 3 should not be more than 1.5 kgs weight and only extreme light weight material like black derlin should be used. System can use servo or stepper motor.
Deliverables:
1) assembly drawings and 3D model
2) all parts drawings and BOM
3) complete measurements and simulations to analyse entire system is working per requirement.
