Lens for street lamp (project and injection moulding tool)
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
We need a design of lamp cover with lens array 8*18 which feature characteristics of following lenses:
1. Ledil C16473_STRADA-2X2-SCL-PC
2. Ledil C17446_STRADA-2X2-LN1
3. Ledil C16395_STRADA-2X2-T1-PC
4. Ledil C13300_STRADA-2X2-T2
5. Ledil C16795_STRADA-2X2-T2-M-PC
The lenses should be placed as in the attached 3D-drawing on the lamp cover and assure beam 5 beam characteristics (5 different cover designs) with will be used for injection mould making and for production on injection moulding machines using transparent UV-stabilized PC-material.
The lamp cover size is 460x230x70mm, wall thickness 2 mm.
LED-types to be used: 2835 and 3030
Preferably we would like to have a design and injection moulding tools.
