Injection Mould Design for Plastic Enclosure

I'm seeking an experienced mould designer to create injection mould designs for two SolidWorks part files of plastic enclosure covers.

Scope of Work:
- Review and ensure parts are injection mouldable
- Design full moulds including:
- Parting line
- Gate and runner system
- Ejection system
- Cooling channels

- Use standard mould bases (e.g., DME 200x200 mm or 250x250 mm)
- Optimized for aluminium tooling for low-volume production (~5,000–10,000 shots)

Part Info:
- Enclosure size: ~110 mm × 90 mm × 30 mm
- Material: ABS, HDPE, etc.

Note: SolidWorks files will be shared after signing an NDA.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with injection mould design
- Proficiency in SolidWorks
- Knowledge of aluminium tooling
- Experience designing export-ready moulds for China or India is a plus
