Industrial Sheet Metal Enclosure Design
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I'm seeking a skilled sheet metal designer to create enclosures for industrial equipment.
I have a 3D CAD model of an acoustic enclosure I made in sheet metal version using SolidWorks, but the result contains several issues and isn't suitable for actual fabrication.
Here's what I need from you:
1. A complete sheet metal redesign of the enclosure, keeping the external shape and design intent the same.
2. Ensure the canopy is fully compatible and aligned with the base frame – with correct mounting interfaces and fits.
3. Ensure all parts are manufacturable using sheet metal – with proper bend reliefs, flanges, corner treatments, and production-ready features (gaps, bend allowances, etc.).
4. Add proper flanges for gasket fitting to allow sealing and noise isolation.
5. Add proper structural support inside the front panel, back panel, and doors –shape deformation during door operation (opening/closing).
6. Keep all ventilation, handle, and lifting hook cutouts as per current design
7. Design for efficient sheet metal fabrication – laser cutting, bending, and easy assembly.
8. Deliverables:
o SolidWorks files (.SLDPRT and .SLDASM)
o DXF flat patterns for each part
o Basic drawings with dimensions and sheet thicknesses
