Industrial Power Harness Design SolidWork electrical
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I’m building an industrial machine that needs a clean, reliable power-distribution harness and I want the entire job developed inside SolidWorks Electrical. I will share the mechanical models, device list and connector preferences; you will turn that information into a complete harness package ready for manufacturing.
Because the focus is power distribution rather than signal or control, conductor sizing, protective devices and trunk/branch routing efficiency are critical. There are no external ISO or IEC mandates on this project, so you are free to apply proven best practices and your own template libraries to speed up the work.
Please handle the full workflow in SolidWorks Electrical 2D/3D, including wire style definition, cabinet layout references and any 3D routing needed for clash checks against the mechanical envelope.
Deliverables
• Finished SolidWorks Electrical project file (2D schematics + 3D harness)
• Flattened harness drawing with reference labels and lengths
• Bill of Materials and wire list exported to Excel
• PDF set of all drawings for shop use
