Head Design July'22
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Use Solidworks or similar to design 3 related components that are small prototypes:
#1: Defined as the Head; a near Cubic structure (about 28 x 19 x 19mm) with several cylindrical holes to be machined;
#2: Defined as the Holder; a cylindrical structure with details that is to be inserted into the major Axial hole of the Head and several to-be machined details in the Holder;
#3: Defined as the Capsule; a small cup-like structure with details including fine threads that is to be inserted into the Holder.
The three items require precise design for accurate machining.
The attached files are preliminary are currently being reviewed and new Preliminary Drawings will be available in less than 48 hours. This Project requires refining the drawing details for the machining of the Prototypes for testing.
We require this work to be done rapidly to undertake prototype manufacture
