Frowny Cookie BELT BUCKLE 3-D CAD DESIGN

Hello! Im looking for a 3-D Cad design that I can 3-D Print of a Frowny Cookie belt buckle that can be put around a belt with two loops on the back of the cookie. I would like the pertaining layers of the cookie, icing layer, and eyes/ frown/nose to be raised a little from the layer below it. Here's a mock up the frowny cookie design on the front of the belt buckle. I also need some help developing the back loops of the buckle.
