Finite Element Analysis of multiple parts bolted together in CAD
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a skilled engineer with experience in SolidWorks/FreeCAD/Fusion 360 and finite element analysis to help me with a project. The project involves analyzing the structural integrity of an assembly consisting of a steel box formed together with other steel boxes to form a cube, connected by bolts/nuts.
I can export the individual part from FreeCAD in whichever format is needed. The attached image shows the part on the left and the cube to the right (with the front wall removed).
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in SolidWorks/FreeCAD/Fusion 360 for CAD design
- Strong background in finite element analysis
- Experience in conducting static analysis
- Knowledge of structural mechanics and material properties
- Ability to interpret and analyze simulation results
- Attention to detail and accuracy in modeling and simulation
