Ekranoplan Design & Prototype Development

I am looking for an aerospace engineer, industrial designer, or expert in aerodynamic vehicles to develop the design and prototype of an ultralight ekranoplan with hybrid propulsion (gasoline engine + electric motors).

Project Requirements:
✅ Capacity: 3 people + luggage.
✅ Propulsion: Gasoline engine + 2 electric motors.
✅ Materials: Lightweight structure (carbon fiber, aluminum, or composite materials).
✅ Optimized design: Uses ground effect for flight efficiency.
✅ Cruise speed: 90-120 km/h.
✅ Expected range: 7-10 hours with a hybrid system.
✅ 3D modeling and simulations: Evaluate aerodynamics and efficiency.
✅ Complete technical blueprints: For manufacturing and assembly.

Tasks to Be Completed:
