Drone Design Modification in CATIA

I am looking for an expert CAD designer proficient in CATIA to help me with a drone project.
This project is to redesign a simple drone based on the reference I will provide. The scope of work includes:
- Doubling the size of the drone in a proportional manner
- Modifying the drone body: The shape needs to be altered for better aerodynamics
Please note, both part design and assembled design are required.
