Designing a telescoping arm in solidworks

I need a freelancer to design a telescoping arm in Solidworks for a material handling application. The desired length of the arm is less than 1 meter and it needs to support less than 5 kg. The ideal candidate should have experience in Solidworks and designing mechanisms. Additionally, experience in material handling and knowledge of load capacity for telescoping arms is preferred.
