3D Designer for Multi-Cavity Soft Lure Mold

I'm seeking a proficient 3D designer to create an aluminum mold for soft plastic lures (specifically, silicone soft lures). The final product will be a CNC-ready STP file based on a provided reference model.
Key Requirements:
• Extensive experience in 3D modeling and CAD design using SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor, etc.
• In-depth understanding of mold construction and CNC machining processes.
• Capability to design for optimal injection and functionality.
• Deliver the final product in STP format.
The project involves designing a multi-cavity mold, so experience with this type of mold is a significant plus. The ultimate goal is to have a design ready for CNC machining that can efficiently produce multiple soft lures per cycle. If you're able to optimize the design for speed and cost-effectiveness without sacrificing quality, that would be highly advantageous.
