Design trailer welding production line

Building of trailer welding and production like in Solid Works

Design.
1. I Beam taking line
Must be hydraulic press operated
17 Meters long 1000 mm wide opening and can close to 0 mm flat
Top and Bottom Beam 300 MM minim
2. I beam welding line with roller and hydraulic beam flip roll over mechanism
3. Beam strainer machine
4. Welding table for trailers with outside beam press and inside beam press to make sure everything is straight or has arc angle. Outside dimensions press and straight line press for tack welding
5. Hydraulic spinner for trailers full welding
A. Required to be in Solidworks 2017
B. Must provide all hydraulic, electric and air drawings
C. Fabrication drawings in AutoCAD format
D. Cylinder drawings. Cylinders must have removable heads and swivel as required.
Cylinder head drawings required.
E. All shop cutting and machining drawings
F. Full assembly drawings
G. Support and changes during Fabrication
H. Communication and support via email whatsapp and wechat
I. Daily log of progress and image upload and as well as all files
J. Full BOM
K. FEM stress calculations required
L. Updated drawings and changes after fabrication.
M. Must use standard Chinese C channel, Squared pipes and prefabricated I beam as much as possible
