Design a Hydraulic Arm
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I would like to request a quotation for the completion of an excavator arm design using Solid Edge. The CAD is mostly complete with the exception of some required changes and optimizations. Also, the following 3 calculations need to additionally be made to prove structural equivalency:
-1x weld bead analysis of most critical weld
-1x bending of square tube in "worst case" position
- determination of forces at hydraulic cylinders
Please let me know if this would be possible, and please provide me with a rough estimate of how much this would cost. I have attached the necessary CAD files to better your understanding of the task. The assembly file under the name of "test_01.stp" contains all the part files used to generate the current assembly.
