Design Custom 3D Model for Wristband

Budget: $30 – $250 AUD

I’m seeking a skilled product designer or CAD specialist to create a 3D model (.STP file) for a custom wristband.

The wristband is a continuous circular band (not a snap or buckle-style) with a debossed logo and specific tactile function. It will be used for prototyping and ultimately for mass production via injection moulding using TPU material.

I will provide:
• Final flat length, width, and thickness of the band
• Visual reference/mockup of design
• Font and logo position (50% of the band’s outer circumference)
• Technical requirements regarding band tension and bounce-back effect
• Finish (matte), color info, and material (TPU)

Deliverables:
• .STP file suitable for injection moulding manufacturers
• Optional: basic 3D render to visualise the finished design

No branding purpose or clinical use will be discussed in the brief — please treat this as a general consumer product.



Ideal Skills
• CAD design (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar)
• Experience with product design for injection moulding
• Understanding of tension/resistance materials like TPU
• Ability to prepare files per manufacturer requirements



Project Scope
• Small, one-time project (fixed price preferred)
• Timeline: ideally within 5–7 days
• Possible follow-on work (refinements or additional size variations)
