DICOM Scan File to STL File for 3d Print

I require someone to remove and clean up two bones from a DICOM medical scan ready for 3D Printing. This should be a straight forward job that can be done with free software such as Horos and other software to clean the stl file. If done well, and quickly, I would consider you for future jobs including Solidworks design jobs. In your job reply please answer the following: 1) Do you have experience in creating stl files from Medical scans? 2) Can you create parts working off stl files from scans? 3) Are you proficient with Solidworks? Please answer all three question above and also reply in regard to the job. Thank you
