Custom Mecahnical Design for Photoeye and Reflector Stands
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
The photoeye and reflector stands will be manufactured in the United States. Please ensure to use materials that are of imperial dimensions to make the parts available for manufacturing.

Design can be completed in either AutoDesk Inventor or SolidWorks 3D modeling. Files should be provided.
Completed drawings needed are as follows for the 3 requested heights (PDFs are also need to be provided):
Detailed manufacturing drawings for all major and minor parts
Weldment drawings for all parts needed to be welded
Painting drawing for all parts to be painted
Assembly drawings showing how the parts go together and being fully assembled

Stand height:
I would like to have 3 heights of stands (Reflector and photoeye) designed (From the floor) 18”, 24”, 30”. The rest of the measurements will be the same other than the height.
Stand Width:
The C channel should be 2.5” wide and the top and bottom will be cutting the sides off, bending the top down and weld it closed.
Stand Back:
Need a ½” hole that is milled in center of the back that goes from the bottom up 1” for the photoeye cable to go through. The width of the C channel is 4”.
Stand Inside:
There will be a T channel slot welded to the inside that is 9.5” tall that is on the left side that goes to the very top where the bracket will mount. The bottom of the stand piece should have slots drilled to allow the M4 bolts to swivel around the base.
Stand/bottom plate paint color:
All metal parts should be painted RAL 1003.
Stand/bottom plate Thickness:
Bottom plate: 0.25”
Upright stand: 3/16”
Bottom plate:
The bottom plate is an oval that is 7.5” long by 3.75” wide this should have 2 holes (1 on each side) that is able to have a 3/8” anchor go through it. There should also be 3 holes for an M4 BHCS to attach from the upright C channel. The 2 on either side will be loosened so that the stand can swivel and the center one will be fixed. The stand should be able to swivel up to 45 degrees.
PE bracket:
There needs to be a bracket that is designed that will go into the T channel on the left side. There should be a little metal piece that slides into the slot with bolt holes that will connect the T bracket that needs to be designed for the listed photoeye above. This bracket should be connected with M4 BHCS and allow enough room to get an allen wrench in to loosen the bolts.
Reflector bracket:
There needs to be a bracket that is designed that will go into the T channel on the lift side. There should be a little metal piece that slides into the slot with bolt holes that will connect the T bracket that needs to be designed for the listed PE reflector above. This bracket should be connected with M4 BHCS and allow enough room to get an allen wrench in to loosen the bolts.
