Create library of files Solidworks

Hi !
I need someone to create a library of CAD files for Solidworks
Base on an Excel list I need a model created/ imported from internet for each lines , with custom properties inside as instructed in the excel.
Some components needs special care, create of a sketch , connection point or other.
There are 250--300 files to be processed, I would need this done asap
If the collaboration is good , I have more files to be created and customized ( some could become parametric and use configurations )
