Create CNC Machining/3D printing files from my .jpg design files

I want to build a prototype of my compost bin product (see attached image). I have images in .jpg format with a .step file of the whole product. I need the product broken down into 4-5 parts, with files prepared to send to a manufacturer, preferably in CAM format. So 4-5 files in total. Further instructions will be provided upon assignment. Expected time for project completion = 1 week.

Note this is NOT a design requirement, the designing phase is done. It is only to produce the files in the correct software format.
