Convert a 3D Scan ito CAD model .stp or Iges etc

I have a scan of a simple plastic hangrip I need it conveted to CAD data .stp etc It is a very simple part made with two plastic parts , the part has no complex free form surfaces etc its mostly geometric and it should be very easy to convert. Please do not Bid over $50 its just two pieces of plastic for illustration. also do not bid if you have nver cleaned up cad data before, should be finished before saturday.
