Convert Scan data to tooling CAD

We have 3D scanned the front grille of several automobiles. We need to have the scans converted to CAD surface data and then modified to create tooling files for CNC trimming vacuum forming tools. I have about 20 similar projects to do. The appropriate candidate needs to have experience in converting scanned data to CAD surfaces and have a knowledge of vacuum form tooling.
