Convert 3D Scan to Solid Model

I have a 3D scanned drawing that I need converted into a solid model. Ideally, the model should be compatible with SolidWorks as a solid file, but if another software is used to create it, I need to ensure it can still be loaded and worked on in SolidWorks. This is for personal use, and I would like the work completed as soon as possible. If you have relevant expertise and experience in 3D modeling and SolidWorks, I look forward to working with you.
